Vamp Fort - Tenbourous Mountains,

The Vamp fort in Tenbourus Mountains is a nice place for exp and some loot. Blood Weave and coterie armour drops here. However the exp at 51 rivals SolB, and like wise you need a group here. As its Far away from the usual haunts, take your own group, ensuring Cleric and Chanter, Bards for mana battery and extra tanking is also fairly important id say as you wont get much down time once full battle begins.

These things cant be snared, so dont wast your time, as a druid here i was on bind duty, and evac alert, back up heals for pets and nuke duty.

Getting there: Tenbourous is of the Katta Castellum zone,between there and Grimling forest, from Nexus you can travel via Baazar, Shadow Haven, Pauludal Caverns, HollowShade Moor, Grimling forest, Tenbourous Mountains. Alternatly Nexus Bazzar, Shadow haven, Echo Caverns, Fungus Grove, Twight sea, Katta Castellum, Tenbourus Mountains. (From here on out Tm)

Once in Zone:Once you get to Tm, head straight out from Katta zone line, dont worry about invis, its pointless here, most mops see through it, but worth baring in mind some mobs are invis themselves. So if you can help it, never go OOM here. Also worth noting Named Vamps have been seen wondering the corner of the zone near outpost one. These guys hurt if you are on your own, casters and non casters, hit for bettween 100 and 500 a time.

The Fort: The Fort itself has Three floors, big sweeping stair's and a even sprawl of coterie centurion and Generals, the named are found mainly on second Floor and above. They are :Trilexior Aeridia, Bedlavar, Xenithen Sterbla, Renaldok, Galinious, Gorelaz Verilak's and the Emissary.These named can be snared, though i never got the chance as they were hit by a 60 necros darkness line first:)

Killing these does this to your factions:Your faction standing with Coterie of the Eternal Night got worse.Your faction standing with Validus Custodus got better.Your faction standing with Nathyn Illuminious got better.Your faction standing with Valdanov Zevfeerion:got worse.

However worth it for the Loot:Theres a selection of Coterie here, which for the difficulty lvl in getting it is truly rubbish. However there are also some very nice items to be had in the fort Click here for loot list, stats and who drops what.
